The Treatment Process (Average span: ~2.5 Months)
Appointment 1
Consultation

Free consultation and 3D imaging (CBCT scan). We’ll review your needs, discuss available treatment options, and create a customized plan just for you.
Appointment 2
Work up

During this visit, we’ll complete your treatment consent forms, review financial arrangements, take intraoral scans and pre-operative photographs, and provide you with detailed pre-op instructions. If everything is in place financially and you’re ready to move forward, we can combine this with your first visit—so you can choose your surgery date without delay.
Appointment 3
Surgery Day

On the day of your procedure, the damaged or missing tooth will be carefully addressed—either removed or the site thoroughly cleaned if already missing. A single dental implant will then be placed into your jaw to support a custom-designed crown. Once healing and integration are complete, you’ll return to receive your permanent, natural-looking crown.
Appointment 4 (2 months after surgery)
2 Months Follow-Up

At this visit, we’ll take a new CBCT scan and check the stability of the implant. We’ll also take updated intraoral scans and records to begin designing your final crown. We’ll see you again in about two weeks for your final crown!
Appointment 5 (2.5 Months After Surgery)
Final Visit – Hooray! 🎉

At this visit, we’ll remove your temporary crown (if one was placed) and deliver your final, custom-made implant crown. It will be carefully secured to your implant abutment, and we’ll seal any access opening with a durable composite material for a seamless look.
This visit typically takes place about 2.5 to 3 months after your implant surgery, once the bone has fully integrated with the implant.
Congratulations! You now have a strong, natural-looking tooth replacement. We’re thrilled for you and hope your new smile brings you lasting confidence and comfort. 😊
