Appointment 2
Work up

During this visit, we’ll complete your treatment consent forms, review financial arrangements, take intraoral scans and pre-operative photographs, and provide you with detailed pre-op instructions. Appointment 3
Teeth preparations + temporaries

On this visit, we prepare the teeth minimally, scan the teeth, and place temporaries which are a template of the finals. If you approve the look of your temporaries, we will make the finals to resemble the shape of your temporaries, with improvements. You will also get to pick a your desired color for your finals. We’ll see you in two weeks to deliver your finals!
Appointment 4

On this visit, we remove the temporaries and clean your teeth to eliminate any remaining temporary material. Frequently Asked Questions
How long do veneers last?
With proper care, porcelain veneers can last 10 to 15 years or more. Composite veneers usually last 5 to 7 years. Regular dental checkups and good oral hygiene are essential for longevity.
Are dental veneers permanent?
Yes, the procedure is considered permanent because a small amount of enamel is typically removed to place the veneer. Veneers will eventually need to be replaced, but they are a long-term cosmetic solution.
Does getting veneers hurt?
The process is generally comfortable. Local anesthesia is used during preparation to minimize discomfort. Some patients may feel mild sensitivity after placement, which typically fades quickly.
How many visits does it take to get veneers?
Most porcelain veneer treatments take two visits: one for preparation and intraoral scans, and a second for final placement. Composite veneers can often be completed in a single visit.
Can I eat and drink normally with veneers?
Yes, you can eat and drink normally. However, it’s best to avoid using your veneers to bite hard objects (like ice, pens, or fingernails) and to limit staining foods and drinks if you have composite veneers.
How much do veneers cost?
The cost of veneers varies depending on the material, the number of teeth being treated, and your location. Porcelain veneers typically range from $900 to $2,500 per tooth, while composite veneers are generally $400 to $1,500 per tooth.
Check our pricing info above.
Are veneers covered by dental insurance?
Most dental insurance plans do not cover veneers because they are considered a cosmetic procedure. However, financing options may be available to make treatment more affordable.
Am I a good candidate for veneers?
You may be a good candidate if you have healthy teeth and gums, and you’re looking to improve the aesthetics of your smile. A consultation with your dentist will determine the best options for your needs.
